How to Create a new Master Agreement for the next semester

Every semester all independent study students need a master agreement with:

• Second semester classes
• Student signature
• Parent signature
• Teacher signature

All master agreements should be signed before the start of the semester or prior to their start (if they enroll mid-semester)
