Proctoring High School Exams

Proctored exams are required for any student taking a UC approved course must take their final in proctored settings. In order to proctor a final, please follow the below protocol.

Proctored exams are required for any student taking a UC approved course must take their final in a proctored settings. In order to proctor a final, please follow the below protocol.
  1. Student will schedule a Zoom time with their homeroom teacher or designated staff member.
  2. In the Zoom session, student must:
  3. Present Student ID (if necessary to verify identity)
  4. Share the student desktop
  5. Access their final on Smartfox and await for the final
  6. Method Staff will access the course code via Smartfox
4. Once a student has started on his/her final, monitor the student to verify academic integrity.
