Reporting SmartFox Issues [Staff]
Staff needs to create tickets when they are experiencing issues within SmartFox. From there, a team of developers will work on issues and email you when they are fixed.
Go to app.hubspot.com/login
Under the main menu, click on Service
From the dropdown, click on Tickets
Click on Create Ticket
Steps:
- The ticket name should be brief (1-4 words),
- The pipeline is SMARTFOX DEVELOPER,
- Ticket status is new
- Ticket description should be as detailed as possible and include the URL from the SIS
- The source (not required)
- Assign Nicole McLain as ticket owner
- Upload a screenshot if you can to better help us
- Priority is based on your opinion,
- When you're done, click create
Our SmartFox backend team will let you know when the issue is resolved.
