Reporting SmartFox Issues [Staff]

Staff needs to create tickets when they are experiencing issues within SmartFox. From there, a team of developers will work on issues and email you when they are fixed.

Go to app.hubspot.com/login

Under the main menu, click on Service

From the dropdown, click on Tickets

Click on Create Ticket

Steps:

  1. The ticket name should be brief (1-4 words),
  2. The pipeline is SMARTFOX DEVELOPER, 
  3. Ticket status is new
  4. Ticket description should be as detailed as possible and include the URL from the SIS
  5. The source (not required)
  6. Assign Nicole McLain as ticket owner
  7. Upload a screenshot if you can to better help us
  8. Priority is based on your opinion,
  9. When you're done, click create

Our SmartFox backend team will let you know when the issue is resolved.
