As an independent study program, our school affords students the opportunity to train, ride, and learn via online courses during the day. Our student athletes are middle school and high school aged. Some choose to train with professional trainers during the day, but that isn't a requirement to join the team. Students must only be students at Method Schools, and in grades 6-12, to be eligible.
Get In TouchMethod’s athletic training program is designed to enhance every athlete’s performance in their chosen sport. Our training program taps into the latest performance-based strength and agility training, so you can up your game and compete at the next level.
