Spring Sports
With our fall seasons just around the corner we’d like to remind you about the two components that must be completed before an athlete can participate:
1) Your athlete must have an up-to-date sports physical on file with the athletic department
2) You must complete the athletic sign-up - Athletic Clearance
Method’s athletic training program is designed to enhance every athlete’s performance in their chosen sport. Our training program taps into the latest performance-based strength and agility training, so you can up your game and compete at the next level.
