Student Records Technician

Method Schools is dedicated to providing breakthrough educational tools and practices that deliver maximum results for all families. The Method educational program is made up of a combination of data-driven practices, experiential learning and self-developed educational tools in a blended and virtual environment to challenge and engage students. The Student Records Technician reports to the Compliance Manager and Head of Schools and is a facilitator of the effective implementation and compliance of the educational program.


Key Responsibilities of the Student Records Technician include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with ongoing student enrollments
  • Provide support to inquiring families via phone, chat, email and social media
  • Works on various student records projects to ensure effective record keeping
  • Work closely with enrollment and marketing teams in ensuring effective systems and procedures
  • Assist in overseeing the management of all students records from enrollment to transcript delivery
  • Ensure data entry is complete and up to date for ongoing required reporting
  • Assist in monitoring attendance claiming and work sample collection
  • Assist in overseeing overall independent study compliance
  • Work closely with Method Schools team in meeting organizational goals
