      Dual Enrollment @ Method Schools

      Dual enrollment allows high school students to take college courses taught by college professors for college credit. Students earn both high school and college credits, allowing them to get a head start on their higher education goals.

      Eligible Method students enroll in college courses at Cerritos College and receive credits toward both high school graduation and an Associates degree WHILE IN HIGH SCHOOL!

      Method Schools partners with Cerritos College to offer dual enrollment opportunities to our 9-12 students.

      Online and in person classes are available. Students may earn up to 90 college credits before graduating from high school.

      Save time! Students can complete their high school diploma requirement and up to 90 college credits toward an Associates degree or certification in four years.

      Steps for Dual Enrollment

      Complete the College Application online (2 Parts)
      1. Go to CCCAPPLY
      2. Find Cerritos College and Click "Apply Now"
      3. Create your Open CCC apply Account
      4. Start & Complete your profile
        1. Make sure you hit "Submit My Application" on the last page
        2. Your student info will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

      Complete the Dual Enrollment Form
      1. Complete the full form including student information, class name and 5-digit number, and signatures from the student, parent, and counselor or administrator at your High School
      2. Completed forms should be emailed to your counselor and submitted online

      Part 1

      Enroll for your Classes

      Students must enroll themselves through their school account after their Dual Enrollment Forms are Processed.

      1. Check your profile for Open Enrollment.
      2. Log in
      3. High School students do not have priority registration, so students are advised to have alternative classes in case their first choice is full.
