Creating change within organizations and our lives can be daunting and often fueled by fear and resistance. I have often tried to live by the wisdom that if the only thing keeping me from taking a step towards a bold change is fear, then that is the clearest sign that I must do it. In working in organizations that often struggle with change, I have found these very simple steps to assist in supporting purposeful change that creates meaningful work and purposeful lives.
