Method Schools 2020-21 Staff Satisfaction Report

Monitoring staff’s overall satisfaction is a primary focus point for Method Schools’ leadership team to ensure a staff driven culture is being developed. This is achieved through ongoing coaching sessions, observations, evaluations and survey action planning. The leadership team makes it a priority to respond to ongoing feedback from all staff and to create new and better ways to create a staff driven culture.
