Students with an active Individualized Evaluation Plan will be held to the standard according to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and it is our goal to provide a free appropriate public education (FAPE) to children with disabilities. We strive to give parents and students an active voice in their child’s education with the ultimate goal of the student becoming an independent learner. Method Schools is designed as a virtual and online independent academic platform.
Students and Parents should have a clear expectations of our virtual support:
1. Parent or legal guardian is the primary responsible learning coach to ensure that the student follow the prescribed pacing guides.
2. Parent or legal guardian is the primary responsible party for monitoring academic progress and contact teachers when they feel an area of need is present.
3. Accommodations will be written and offered that align to an online at home curriculum format.
