    Welcome to Method Schools! Designed exclusively for our new students, this group offers  the help you need to navigate Smartfox, find and follow pacing guides, get involved in the tiles & events, and much more! This is also the perfect opportunity to access peer tutoring for all grade levels! Don't hesitate to join Grace Pak and the NHS students as you begin your journey with us or seek a study buddy to assist you in your academic journey. For "new students" ~Method Reward Swag will be sent your way when you visit for a day ~ so join us  most any Thursday all year long at 10am

    Description:

    If you have ever wanted to produce audio, whether it be a song, a podcast, or beyond, this is a great place to start! In this tile we will cover the basics of audio recording and production, from the equipment you need, to recording a source, and to mixing and mastering a final product. We will be using BandLab software for this tile.

    SHI is the Limit!

    Description:

    Come experience the joy of movement and expression with dance! Beginning level classes focus on the basics forms of dance including proper placement and posture, body positions, plies, tendus, battements, and port de bras. Emphasis will be placed on understanding technique, as well as instilling an appreciation and enjoyment of the movement. For our advanced levels are a continual study of fundamentals, extended to emotional expression and precision, as well as developing fluid artistic control. Classes focus on turns, jumps, leaps, increased flexibility, strength and an overall development of style.

    Description:

    This tile explores Japanese culture through visual medias such as anime and films. The instructor of this course wishes for the students to look at their interest in anime in greater detail, so that they may understand the history and culture of the Japanese people and Japan itself.

    Mystery Box

    Description:

    This mystery box game is a super fun game based on math, science, and general knowledge questions. To play the game, students will be divided into two teams and will take turns choosing a letter and answering a question. After answering the question, the students have a choice. They can either KEEP the box or GIVE the box to the other team. Inside the box can be good points (e.g. +1000) or bad points (e.g. -1000).
